Hm, the first thing I thought of when I saw this was :

"It's Valgaav!!!!!!!!" ( A character from the anime Slayers Try, just in case you don't know ;P )

Well, only the eyes and hair style I guess resemble him.

Anyway! The picture does look very nice indeed 2
