| 30 Jun 2005 | Stav Ofer aka 'Silmarien' | Loading...hi, thanks for visiting my gallery! your gallery is beautiful! your shading technique is very unique and and gives the pictures a nice "old-fashioned" look. you also make delicate and beautiful details, which I find very hard to do. there are some anatomy errors that occur in most of artwork: - the eyes in a profile shouldn't touch the nose, thay should be more "backward". - the hands. hand are very difficult to draw, the only thing you can do is practice and practice (and practice!) - the ears. I don't know whether you're doing this on purpose, but they are much smaller and lower-placed than normal human ears. I hope I helped a little, and I'm looking foreward to see more of your art! Marina Sahinovic Havram replies: "Thank you! I'm glad you've given me a few suggestions about drawing of "delicate" parts of body And I'm also very glad you like my work!" | |
| 6 Jul 2005 | Arthur L. Williamson | Loading...You have a very beautiful gallery Marina! I agree with the commentor above me that there are some anatomical inacuracies but that's just what we like to call "Style"! Looking at some of your earlier stuff and some of the later stuff I can see an improvement. I also like people that use ballpoint pen to do their artwork. Its gutsy and most people are too afraid that the final product won't be smooth and polished to ever try it. Anyhoo... keep up the good work! Marina Sahinovic Havram replies: "Thanks Arthur! I'm preparing to update my gallery soon " | |

| 13 Apr 2006 | Ingunn “Febridė“ Hreinsdóttir | Loading...Your elves are very good! Tolkien is one of my favourite writers too and I like how the characters from his stories turned out. I like your details and shading too. I also listen to music when I draw, mostly Hera, an Icelandic singer but Enya too. Anyway, I really like your art, maybe your unicorns need a little more practice but otherwise your art skills are very good! Keep up the great work! *Febridė* Marina Sahinovic Havram replies: " Thank you! Concerning the unicorn, you're absolutely right. I need to practise a lot " | |
