This is Lulu, a black mage from Final Fantasy X. (Bottom Center: Beloved Moogle, and cute mascot of the Final Fantasy series!)

I have to admit my favorite parts to draw were the elemental baubles all around her depicting fire, ice, lightning, and water, the elements she uses in her attacks. 

Drawn first on paper and then colored in Gimp with my Wacom/Bamboo tablet.

hehe, the little thing with the bauble on it’s head is cute 14

I also like the planet/sphere-thingies. Are they powers or elements.

:-) Rosie Biddie replies: "^_^ It’s a moogle. Lulu carries one around with her through the whole game. Most of them are alive but the one she has is like a teddy bear or something.

You got it right, the bubbles surrounding her are the elements she uses for her magic. Fire, Ice, Lightning and Water."

Nice work! What program do you use?

:-) Rosie Biddie replies: "I use a free program called Gimp for my coloring. =] It’s very nice, and you can do quite a lot with it."

I don´t know this character, because I never played FF X. But this pic is really awesome!
