I was writing quite many letters lately and at some point I wanted to have something else than just plain white paper to write on. That's why I drew this. If you want to print it so you can write your letters on it as well click here to download a version in print size.

How cool! I wouldn't be able to bring myself to write on stationary that neat looking though... my handwriting is awful. *frowns at awful handwriting*

Wow, absolutely beautiful. Your attention to detail makes me so envious. I wish I could attain the same level of detail in my work that you do. And you captured the look and feel of a dryad perfectly. Bravo.

I think this peice is brilliant. Imagine using it as an overlay for a fantasy landscape painting-it would looke awesome especially if left black and white. Now THIS is something i wish I could do.

:-) Jens Höffgen replies: "What?...draw something like this or do a background painting?"

I know this is a dryad, but it kinda looks like a persons body taken over by a tree, I think it’s the limp hand…kinda creepy…but lovely as well

:-) Jens Höffgen replies: "I started off drawing a dryad, right, but then I think it turned out being something else and "a persons body taken over by a tree" isn't far from what it seems to be to me. I'm seldomly able to stick to what I was going to draw and so it often turns out being something different. Thanks very much for all the nice comments you left, I was very surprised when I saw how many new comments I had."
