How could I resist not visiting your pages in my eternal search for the elusive Blue Gryphon. I like your rendering of this quite excellent beast, I'd love to see some other views as well, perhaps in the future you might consider drawing some additional materials?

NEVER GIVE UP DOING YOU ART! And don't compare your stuff to others. Look to others for inspiration or ideas on new techniques, yes, but don't base the worth of your work on that of others.

You are well on your way to developing your own style and you own unique view on things. Just keep drawing... never give up! Never surender your pencil!!

Hi Niall

I noticed your reply about giving up. Just a few observations...... First off you must have felt your pics worthy of being here to post them in the first place. OK, you have some way to go until you are up there with the big boys, but they all had to start somewhere. We are all striving to get better all the time. The whole point is that we don't give up.... Niall, it must be in you to have created your images at all. Do as I do, instead of going from gallery to gallery thinking "I'll NEVER be able to do that!!", instead learn from the pictures you see. If you see a technique and want to learn it, ask the artist ~ most are a friendly bunch and will be only too willing to help. The old saying (english) that "practice makes perfect" is certainly true. Keep going Niall and you WILL get there, give up now and you won't ;^)

I love night dragon it rocks! i think it is your best. And hey i am not the best dragon artist ether but i still post up my stuff. Any dragon lover is welcome to my neck of the woods! ^_^
