Wonder how many of us there are! I also typed my name into a google search, came up with your site, and now see that some other Nicole Hanna did the same thing a year ago!
Your artwork is beautiful! One of the reasons I did the search is that I an also an artist -- I do fused glass art. I'm trying to decide a name for my business -- have not been totally sold on "Nicole Hanna Designs" as has been suggested to me, so I thought I'd do a search to narrow down my choices. What's even more coincidental is that I also have two boys! However, mine are teenagers and I out-age you by a couple decades!
Well, I'll let you know what I come up with so you can visit my site when it's ready! Keep up the nice work!

Although, my maiden name is Lyp, and I'm pretty sure the only Lyp's are my siblings and some obscure relatives in Poland! I'd love to see some of your fused glass work. I can't work with my hands that way. While drawing comes quickly and easily for me, my hands just suddenly start wigging out when I work too long on other more "manual" type of crafts. Until then, everyone will have to come here to have a looksee, and I'm so glad you did! My poor Elfwood gallery has been so neglected the past several months. lol. I write poetry because I enjoy sharing it with others. I draw purely for selfish reasons... sometimes, because I can't NOT draw.So, I'm happy you enjoyed it."

I've just become acquainted with your work on AP and after enjoying reading through the first two parts of your storyposted there, well...curiosity got the better of me.

i got this link from your authors page on allpoetry and i have to say, not only are you an amazing poet, you are a very talented artist as well! i think my favourites were Galena and Zypherwitha.

Nicole Therese Hanna replies: "I think Zypherwitha has to be my favorite as well. I like some of my commissioned pieces, as was she (for onerios13 on AP! lol), but she was so easy to draw, and is one of more "softer" pieces, if that makes much sense at all. I'm not sure if I like drawing or writing more, but I can tell you it's easier to write. lol. "

OK, So just another one of us who decided to Google my own name (Well, my maiden name). And how wierd that my dad's name is Mark (ie - message above from Mark Hanna). Wonderful work, by the way! I'm a veterinarian and have always been a little fascinated by mythical creatures as well. Not too mention an obsession with sci-fi and fantasy writing!

I really really like your gallery. They way you drew those goddesses is very creative and beautiful. Your pencil drawings are awesome, but i especially like the pictures done in colored pencil (maybe because that is a medium i also like). I hope to see more of your work.

I'll admit it, though, I don't have as much a grasp on working with colored pencil as I'd like. Nevertheless, I'm glad you enjoyed my gallery! Thanks for stopping by."

I love you gallery. Especially the pencil pictures (those with the pegasus, phoenix, gryphon, chinese/japanese dragon etc.). They are so detailed! I love your way of making textures, like the texture of the trees. Keep this up!
