Fylex : "How did I get up here again? *wriggles*" yeah, I think fylex makes this picture too.. for those people who can pick him out anyway (he is a little on the small side!) - I'm reall not pleased with the woman's face however, but then this was done a long time ago, before I started getting better at drawing human faces \:]

The face does seem a little out of place for your style, but thats just about it. I actually remember someone from my primary school who looked like that. I suppose thats the problem with the human race, you can draw them, or parts of them absolutely perfectly, and they can still look weird. Hands in particular are like that.. odd little alienesque stumps of graspiness *gropes at Akkia's empty cherry-cola cans* hi daniel - looking back now that face seems absolutely terrible... there's something about the eyes that just doesn't sit... meh! I've gotten a lot better at human faces lately. \:] I agree on the hands front! I never used to have a problem with them as I drew them all the time, but lately I've gotten out of practice, and I know find hands (especially normal 5 digit hands, as opposed to cartoony 4 digit hands) really difficult in some poses!

This is a wonderful piece of yours, I have only a little criticism though, The face is fine but the head seems somewhat too small for the body though. And on her lower foot the top part comes out a little too much. Other than that great job! I agree with you that the head is too small shadow!! - I don't think I had realised before, so thank you very much for taking the time to point that out to me! I see what you mean about her foot too, at the time I was going for a pronounced curve to make the foot more femanim (y'know on girls dolls when the feet are always curved because they've got to fit those silly little high-heels? lol! - I think that's the kinda thing I was goin' for, but lookin' at it now, the feet and the legs are pretty badly drawn. \:] - ah well, I guess I did do it two years ago! ^_^ - thanks for the comment!!
