Sooo, i'm guessing you have a blue fetish. . . Anyway, your beast is very different from the marvel version but he looks good. You swaped the apelike gorilla man look with a more mr. Hyde meets a lion + the color blue look for him. . . It's nice ...yeah. you could say I have a blue-fetish :X lol A lot of people have made that comment about beast being different from the "marvel" version, but it all depends which version you're looking at. - there are so many, as Hank underwent numberous stages of his changes.. - I only used one picture for reference, and that was the one out of my Marvel Encylopedia, which shows him looking more feline than anything else. - thanks for the comment!

and don't worry about people who say yours looks different than the Marvel version, i get that all the time when i draw the characters as they appear currently... i guess you can't expect everyone to be up with the most current issues. I think Beast looks perfect, better than a lot of the current artists on the book do with his new cat-like form. thanks very much for the reassurance \:] - I don't worry toooo much to be honest, because I don't have much time for comics these days, so I'm not really that well educated on everyone's current look... - like I said I only used the one picture for reference and that was from my marvel encylopedia. \:] hehe ~ Thanks a LOT for the great compliment btw! - better than the comicers themselves hey? :blush: hehehe!

I love Beast's paw and the angle you chose. In addition I also love how the short fur is in the wind thanks for commenting on the angel... it took a while trying to get that to look alright, so I'm pleased someone appreciates it!

This picture is great. The marvel story writers and artists have managed to turn the bouncing beast (my favorite character) into a ridged depressing character, i mean come on! This guy was an avenger and one of the original x men he deserves story lines that reflect his experience instead of becoming the bad guys punch bag and school caretaker. But well done you have just provided the antidote, you have taken bad design and story twist and empowered the good Doc.
