Keep up the good work, one day I'll become a member in Elfwood and we can swap comments or suggestions. =)! Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "Oh, I'm happy to hear you like it. Thank you! "

Like all of urs. Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "Bark's a really nice name for an owl, at least for this particular one. I might just keep that. Thanks! "

He looks like he just stepped out of a fantasy book! Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "It must be the 'universal magician look' that you all refer to, cause I sure didn't draw any of those fellows on purpose. Still, it's nice to hear that he doesn't get lost in the big void outside the 'magic frames'...thank you. "

Beards like that don't grow on trees you know...they only grow on elderly wizards. A girl with a beard, now that's something you don't see every day. "

| 24 May 2007 | Chris | Loading...Hi this wizard looks awesome though there is a wizard from lord of the rings and his name is radagast the brown who lives in the woods but he has a crow. I was wandering if you got your idea from that. Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "I know of this wizard you mantion, but the likeness between the two is not intentional. " | |
| 13 Jul 2008 | Carrie Lynn Andrews | Loading...Who says that wizards have to look any certain way....The hat is great. It’s YOUR wizard...You can dress him how you want....and maybe his pouch is EMPty..cause he just got done buying the only hat the hat store had left. And maybe he just has a few IOU’s in that pouch.
The Owl is just fine...if he is young he would look a little muffed anyway....And they do" fluff"
to fix their feathers.maybe the wind is blowing the chest feathers upwards slightly. I know that happens with my chickens(In real life)
Why do people criticize weird things?
I think it is a wonderful piece...Thank you for letting us view it. you are so talented...congrats
Care Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "Thanks for clarifying things to the greater mass Carrie Lynn. Personally I kind of like most of the comments I get. I enjoy both the kind ones, from the likes of you, and the... hmmm, let’s just call them less kind ones. I’m not perfect, nor is my art and I can live with that. I’ll never grow tired of drawing though."
