This is without a doubt one of the best minotaurs I've seen yet. I'm impressed! Great shading & I love his expression.

I love your minotaur here, very smooth artwork. Love the costume as well. His defenses i.e. shoulder-pad and arm protection seem to be heavy on the left-side. What does the lack of defense on his right-side represent? A long dagger is slung to his right-side - Is he left-handed?

I love the hoofs as well, though I think his legs look goat-like. His loincloth, belt and axe look plain.

Just wondering, a lot of artists like to clothe the minotaur quite minimal. What’s your reason?

"A representative of the Minotaur race and also the keeper of the inner sanctum" - you wrote. Based on these words, I’d say minotaurs in your world dress and look like that in general. Also, he is away from his native land. Sounds like he is in the service of some party, be it a kingdom or otherwise - but I could not detect anything that might symbolise his ... "employer" except perhaps the skull on his belt. He doesn’t look evil - love that as well.

What’s his story?

Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "It looks like he’s left-handed, yes. As for the clothes on his body, I wouldn’t know what to dress him in if not a loincloth. What kind of clothes does a minotaur wear? It was te easiest way out och the whole clothes trap. Evil, no. He’s not evil. He’s simply a soldier doing his job and unfortunately he has no background this far. Thank you for the many questions and I hope I answered at leaast a few of them."

Yo, Dude, I woudnt want to mess with Greece. You have an awesome talent. Is he a jail keaper? It lokes like he is. Il print it and wrote a book abou it. Kiding. You have my respect, anyone that can write such a beautiful picture of a Minotaur or Anubite has MY respect totaly!!!
