This is Chenestra, a newly examinated swordsmaid from the great city of Trebolt - a place more known to the oustide world as The City of the Five Towers. I know she might look harmless, but don't let her innocent apperence fool you. The staff/instrument in her right hand is merely a hobby...using the sword is what she does for a living, and slaying Orcs is what she does best.

I that nobby stick an instrument?

:-) Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "That it is. It's a herding-staff as well as a traditonal cantoli-harp. You have got to make a living even when there are no monsters around. "

*cough*howdoesthatshirtstayon?Doublesidedtape?*cough*

:-) Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "Well, as a matter a fact it's a slim-top with a detachable front. This means, removing the front will not reveal too much since there will still be a piece of cloth underneath it to keep everything in place. The arms of the top are also supposed to hold the shirt up and there is actually a lacing in the back of the shirt to make sure they do. Unfortunately that lacing seems to be a bit loose at the moment. "

what to comment on first? *evil grin* <-j/k I like this pic quite a lot there are a couple small things that could be adjusted, but they are almost non notice-able, so...yeah.

:-) Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "There are always things that can be adjusted in the drawings, mostly minor things, but they never seem to get fully completed. Nice to know you did like it though... "

Wow, very nice! Kind of reminds me of 'the bride' from kill bill.

:-) Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "You think? Well maybe there is a Uma hidden within her somewhere. I kind of agree with you the more I watch the picture... "

Such interesting weapons! Do you design them yourself or look for references either in books or real life?

:-) Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "I design everything - characters, clothing, gear and weaponry - on my own so comments like yours are highly appreciated. Thank you! "

Hmmm possibly my favourite female character of yours. I cant get over how good you are at thinking up little original charcter ideas! Im envious i want your brain! (and your drawing hands actually)

2 Nicklas Lundqvist replies: "Sometimes the brain works, other times it doesn’t. This one got a lot of detail so I can see why you like it. I would prefer to keep my brain as well as my hands but I will let you come back and view any future art I put up here. Not a very good deal, I know, but it’s all I can offer."

Would you tell me, could you always do stuff like this, or did it take years to master your talent? Your art is so good, i just wondered.
