Nicole Offermans replies: "Thank you very much. I know I must practise more. I will. Soon. Surely...Sad that you don´t draw anymore." | |
| 26 May 2004 | Nosyd | Not touch the pencils for a year? Boooo, what an injustice - you are FAR too hard on yourself! You have such incredible talent, eye and imagination. Everyone has that frustration, but you have to push through it to the rewards on the other side... as a guide for that, I'd recommend "(The New) Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. Hope it helps, and hope to see more of your work on here! Nicole Offermans replies: "Thank you very much for the praise - and the encouraging words.I´ve definitely pinned down the title of that book, thanks for the advice. Will it help me to become as good as you are?" | |
| 28 May 2004 | D. Fernandes | Well, what can be said about this... you work absolutely well with paint and you have nice skills with a very artistic approach... Well done. I like your stalker picture best. And you're also very nice to look at(sorry, just couldn't hold myself saying it ,he he he).I'll stick to digital art myself though, but I always have respect for people who can use their pencils properly and paint as good as you've done here. Greets and keep it up. Nicole Offermans replies: "Thanks a lot. I´m most happy you like my work - and myself...I´m still not one for digital art though, so I think I like your "fantasy flower" best - though the dragon-lizard is quite cute, too." | |
| 1 Jun 2004 | Damms | You have a unique style, it is just a shame that you haven't done some more. Get that brush out girl and go for it. Nicole Offermans replies: "Thanks for the pushing - I´ll try..." | |

| 21 Jan 2005 | Brian W. Janszen | I really like your gallery. You convey emotion so well with all of your pics. "Stalker" is disturbing (as you would expect) and both of your pics of the "Netherworld Beauty" have such a sense of serenity to them. I can only think of three criticisms for you. First of all, in your "Netherworld" pics it might help the background if you used some blues or purples (even though they are very good as is). Second, don't be so critical of your artwork, just learn from your mistakes. Lastly, you must have more that you could put in your gallery. Considering how good all of these are, people would like to see them. Nicole Offermans replies: "Thank you very much for the nice comment.I´ll think about your suggestions, thanks. I´m working on another picture at the moment and I hope I´ll be able to put it up soon.Nice page you´ve got yourself." | |

| 8 Aug 2006 | Trevor Nathan de Groot | Hey Nicole, great job with this gallery, I especially like the pic "stalker" because its so mysterious lol, I dont think you should be so hard on yourself if you dont like one of your drawings. I've had it before were I had a really good idea and my hands messed it up, I find you just need to relax and not worry about what you are drawing lol. I also agree with Carina up there, you are very pretty, talk 2 u later.
