Arch angel Kylora duels with arch angel Taylen (Demozriel's older brother). After putting up a good fight she eventually loses her weapon and finds herself in this precarious situation. Taylen prepares to end her life with a swift thrust of the sword. Suddenly another angel appears and screams at him to stop. Taylen hesitates.

Overall I'm pretty pleased with this picture. Being as males are so tough for me I'm pretty happy with how Taylen looks- although I would have liked to portray a slighter older look than he does here. There is one spot to finish- he is supposed to have a firm grip of her hair behind her head which is pulling her head back exposing her throat for the kill. Oh, I do want to darken it with more shading also- that is supposed to be a black leather trench coat he's wearing and his hair should also be black. So lots to do but no idea when it'll get done!

O.o Very cool! *first comment dance*
Only thing off is the size of her head compared to her body.
I'm confused, what makes them arch angels? Why are they dueling? I think I'm missing a story somewhere...

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "My view of angels does not include wings all the time. Wings would be very cumbersome and bothersome indeed if you had to walk around with them all the time- right? LOL Anyway there is a story to go with this, but I haven't gotten it up yet. Let's just say she got on his nerves and leave it at that for now. I think you're right about the proportion but a little hard to fix at this stage. Thanks!"

Nicely done. The picture explains itself with out need for the story tid bit in the description. I think though that her right upper arm appears to thin. This may just be me.

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "Nope, I think you're right. Thanks for the comment."

Well, you women you only think about one thing! Compared to us men that like real art aka I like her. lol

I didn't know you had a photo of me as reference, talking about his looks. Well, so yo know how you shouldn't draw him. 2

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "ROFL! No no... it's that deck of Chippendale cards, remember? We do not think of only one thing... I think there's 2. Shopping and.... 12 (j/k!)"

helllo Tricia

I like your drawings very much...My favourite is mother and son, this drawing I like because you can see the resentfullness the guy has got in his eyes toward the girl. I have tried drawing myself but euuh they are really bad compaired to yours...

Good luck in everything you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2
