Well, I actually jumped a few steps. Here she is with her hair, eyes, and fingernails colored in. I'm starting to color her skin but since I intend her to have porcelain white skin it won't be much darker than this. I do intend to color her outfit a deep rust color and ATTEMPT to make it look sort of sheer or shiny. Anyhow- if you want the background on this picture then please see the first one (all pencil). It gets tiresome to keep typing it. Please give me some constructive criticism- much appreciated. Again, part of the picture is cut off because it won't all fit. Oh- also please note the change in the fairy she's holding. Better- worse?

Don't ya think eye shadow would a bit too much? Maybe some noticeable eyeliner but dont over exaggerate. And, it would be really cool if she had little fire flames coming out of her or a part of her fingers. If you could, the hair could be a little wild, she is fire after all.

A lovely red haired girl. I would go for dark brown/black eye lashes and brows. And eye shadow in the color you suggested seems like a good idea. So, go for it!

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "I probably will- but I want to test it first. Too busy with school at the moment... ARG! Thanks for coming back 2"

I have been looking at your pencil drawing and I tell you, you have done a great job, Tricia! The hair is wonderful and all the colours you've added to the face!

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "Thank you for the comments. I hope to have more to show, but alas- I haven't had time. "

It really dose look like you took the flames from a fire its self and put it on paper. The eyes look like they're on fire, I also loves the shades of red. Great job! I really hope to see the finished version soon! ^___^

WOW! I really love that hair--no need to guess which elemental she is! On the whole eyeshadow debate thing…I'd like to see just the tiniest bit of blue somewhere in the picture. You know how when you look at the lowest, hottest part of the flame, it looks blue? Maybe the eyeshadow can be a really pale blue, not enough to lose the "fiery" tone.

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "Hmmmm... is an idea. I might try that... on another paper first of course- to be sure I like it. Thanks!"

the shading of this is beautiful. I like the shimmer and toning in the hair and the nails and the hair are realy complimenting. off to a wonderful start
