Uh sorry, well i obviously didnt read the description before i commented. But hey! Congrats! It looks like what you intended without someone reading. But you could add some background....

:-) Tricia L. Martin replies: "You'll notice a decided absence of backgrounds on my work- I am strictly a foreground person- generally single subject so this picture has a lot more surroundings than I typically do. I also really don't know what I'd add..."

The mermaid is really beautiful, but the picture itself would look much better if you added a background because if its just her on the corner it looks like a picture frame.Other than that i hope you add more mermaids!
