| 3 Jun 2003 | A.R. George | Hi! You've got some lovely shading going for you here, and I love the character poses. Some of the head:body ratios are a little bit skewed, but since my only contributions to the artistic world are stick figures, I'm not going to linger on that. Wonderfull stuff! Draw some more! | |
| 4 Jun 2003 | Jaroslaw Wasila | I know the feelin... That evil Elmoore person did that bad thing to me too. . Hi!, Bye! | |
| 16 Jun 2003 | R. L. Kirkwood | I love your poses. My people are usually just there, but you have a lot of action in your work. I'm also a great fan of Dragon Lance. | |
| 1 Jul 2003 | Rebecca M. Roberts | You draw very awesome soldiers and warriors! Keep it up! | |
| 30 Jul 2003 | Rachel 'Chell' Beaconsfield | There's some excellent line work here, and really good anatomy. Would love to see u colour ur work. Kudos. Nissa Valdesalice replies: "I would also like to see colour but everytime I try it it comes out looking really terrible. Maybe it's time to crack out the coloured pencils. But beware, you are going to hear me screaming and whining all the way over the Atlantic!" | |
| 21 Sep 2003 | Robert Sawallisch | Well you have too much nice pics to comment all of them so i prefer to sign your gb now. I have to say i really like your stile (finally an artist without coloured pics | |
| 3 Dec 2003 | Joanna lesley wilson aka Scary Poppins. | Hello Nissa, remember me?I had to come and look 'cause of your friendly advice on my site!I LOVE your stuff! All of your piccys look like they have movement in them, each of your characters look as if they are about to go off and do there own thing, they're so cool! Nissa Valdesalice replies: "Thank you! " | |
| 5 Feb 2004 | Robert 'Bobby' Holz | Hey, Nissa. I'm not going to waste your time with pretty comments like "nice style" and "good action." This isn't a want to be crude or mean, but an attempt to actually give advice. I think your line drawing has come to a point where you can stop focusing on IT so much and start adding a little more shading. Little too much white space there unless you plan on going back and filling it all in with [shudder] color one of these days. I can see from what little shading you HAVE done that you can fixate on particular light sources... so.. eh... give it some more tones and depth, eh? [wide grin] Take care and let me know when you've filled a page with graphite, huh? Nissa Valdesalice replies: "Hmmm. You mean put down my beloved mechanical pencil and grab something with soft lead?Something I have to...sharpen. Eeek! Thanks for the input, I will definitely work on that. " | |
