Your friend must feel honored by your gift. I will look at your other pieces. Nick P. ´LimeGreenSquid´ Marton replies: "Why thank you very much! She did enjoy it very much and i’m so happy i could have done her character justice. All sorts of body types are beautiful, and since there’s a general lack of "other" body types in art, especially fantasy art, i figured i’d help fill the void! "

I’ve never been very good with coloured pencils myself. I prefer to make black and white pieces. They let me use my imagination instead of seeing something as one thing only. Her eyes seem a little off to me for some reason. Perhaps because the coloured part is so big. But I love the way you managed to put so much detail into the nose, ear and mouth. And not to mention the style you used with the amulet she’s got floating in her palm. It takes a great deal of skill to put so much detail into such small parts. Most people tend to avoid the small parts, and if they don’t, they go way overboard. I have to ask you, how did you manage to colour her transparent piece of clothing so well? And what did you use to shade her aside from the blue of her wings and clothing? Was it just a regular pencil, or did you find the right tool for it? Oh, and one more thing: I love how you gave her arms shadows. =3 Nick P. ´LimeGreenSquid´ Marton replies: "For some reason, it’s not letting me fix this comment (separate my response from the original commenter).
This is a test comment..."
