SciFi and Fantasy Art Misty Mushroom by Nick P. ´LimeGreenSquid´ Marton

Her father told her no one could grow a daisy on TOP of a mushroom, that's absurd! "Well! I'll just have to prove him wrong!" She loved mushrooms (as it was her lineage), but she loved daisies also, and always wanted to combine them. Though the daisy was grown where it should never have sprouted, it throve quite nicely as she visited it everyday to care for it. Eventually this daisy gained a life of its own and always wanted (and often got) more from Misty, but she would always leave, and he'd be alone for the rest of the day as she frolicked with the other faeries and plants and fungae. He always vowed that someday he'd grow wings and be the only one she loved (not understanding the fact that faeries have, and always will, love everything equally). Who knows ... the daisy's done other things regular daisies could never do ... Phew, glad this one's finished. I'm very proud of how it turned out. Misty Mushroom, i don't think i've ever seen a black faery before in art ... at least not a beautiful plump one ... isn't that strange? Well, here she is, hehe! The misty background was basically a cop-out to actually DOING a background, as they are so tedious to do, and when i can avoid them i will ... but i couldn't really avoid a background to this one, so i made a really easy one! Mushrooms whose stocks fade into the mist of the morning. Well, enjoy!!

(try some arabian/indian it could get realll interesting henna and all ) Nick P. ´LimeGreenSquid´ Marton replies: "I do have an arabian dancer warrior, but i think she was removed because she wasn’t "fantasy" enough - there was no magic or elf ears or wings, so it didn’t fit. shrugs Anyway, thank you very much! The reason the darker coloured people aren’t featured as much in my gallery is because it’s a lot harder on the wrists to color something solid and dark. But i love it when they turn out so well as this! "

Ever think about a big chocolate with a full head of dreads (with beads and shells and sparklies in them)? I hope you’ll consider it. I’ll keep looking for her.
