Laying upon the rippled surface of a dream, the Sleeping Goddess pokes ripples into the universal pool of dreams, affecting every dreamer there ever will be ... I drew this one while on the phone with my ex-girlfriend before we met, and she fell asleep on the phone since on her side of the continent it was 4.5 hours later and i just was inspired to draw this. And the funny thing is, when she saw this, she said this was the position she usually sleeps in! Neato!

Other than those minute details that edge on my nerves, the drawing is beautiful. Her hair looks nice spead out like that, but I think it would look even nicer if a couple of strands dipped into the water.

21 Nov 2006	Obsidian	Loading... This is really really good, i love how serene and peaceful it is. As brilliant as this is what i think would be really wonderful [pss! As if this could get better!] would be if you did an opposing piece, perhaps the same girl lying on a stormy lake, and instead of having that peaceful dreamy expression give her a nightmare one!! Lol so you got the dream and the nightmare... I dunno the idea sounded neato in my head....[i wouldnt advise looking in there, btw, lots of very bizzarre goings on up there ^_~]Hehe, well a mind just isn't quite proper if there ISN'T some very bizarre stuff going on in there, hehe. But thank you very much. You know, i could do that, that's not a bad idea. Only thing is i try to promote positive imagery with my plump lovelies ... maybe i should break that mould since most of my work is positive already ... but still, hehe. But that is a good idea, i will be giving it more thought!
