SciFi and Fantasy Art Truce/Take your Best Shot!! by Nick P. ´LimeGreenSquid´ Marton

Here's another version of that image i'd been playing with, of a woman posed like a goddess, with nothing but her hair wrapped around her shapely body, covering herself like one long sash ...
After i did the beautiful Faery Queen (of which some strange people didn't like her face, but it was a classic type of beauty that they didn't seem to understand, i guess ... but anyway), who i had originally planned to make into just a goddess, i decided to take another crack at this goddess image i have in my head.
But THIS one turned out to be a warrior!
Plus i wanted to practice some Henna (or Mendhi) designs - my favorite ones are the ones encircling her breasts, they seem to look the most authentic to me (the image i have in my head of the goddess is unmarked). So i drew her hand up, and decided to put a huge sword there!
I love HUGE fantasy swords ... the shape is influenced much by some of the weapons in Baten Kaitos (gamecube RPG that's super beautiful and good), a little bit Lord of the Rings (gold inlays), and a tiny bit She-Ra (the blue orb ... I can't remember what color She-Ra's sword's orb was, but i wanted blue anyway). I know if you were to turn it upside-down, you'd notice the sword is slanted or curved too early or too much to really work (as well as its size and probable weight - but my girls are strong!), but i really wanted to try my hand at neato huge fantasy-style swords!!
Her shield was not of her own culture. It is a trophy from one of her duels with a demon king that she horsewhipped back into the ground years ago. The front of it is supposed to be black with red around the eyes and mouth part, but you can't see it cuz she's calling a truce!
Or allowing you to take your best shot.

So it begs the questions: If you take the truce, are you to trust her? And if she's allowing you to take your best shot, is she just making an excuse to take an even BETTER shot at you?

She kinda looks like a mix between the Faery Queen and Rain, but oh well. She was just a practice drawing anyway that i decided was good enough to color for you all!

She will love it almost as much as I do. I just have to say you're girlfriend is one incredibly lucky girl. To have someone who appreciates her for herself, no matter her appearance,(though I am sure she is absolutely gorgeous) is a rare find. I always rambe on in your site....This girl is beautiful too. It really is great, she has some divine warrior spirit about her, like she is all-knowing and therefore knows what you are about to do, and is having some fun taunting. I love the henna aswell, very intricate. Well done! You have inspired me.Thank you! And, well, if it ain't one of an artists greatest goals to inspire others, then i don't know what is, hehe! This is absolutely beautiful in every sense, as far as I'm concerned... Your entire gallery is absolutely beautiful, and I keep thinking in my head, "Finally. Now here is someone who understands natural beauty and all of it's worth!" This is just incredible. I must ask you this: Do you take requests?Aww, thank you so much for your kind words! Well, anyways, I was wondering if you were ever going to attempt terrot cards, or something along that line. Or what I was really wanting, if you would ever consider creating the Seven Deadly Sins? I believe that with the way you draw, and your unique look on things, that it would be a true masterpiece. I left an e-mail this time (the only reason I didn't last time was because I forgot. ), and I hope that you e-mail me and we might be able to find something? I feel like a kid in a candy store right now. Not being in your gallery for /so/ long, and now being able to see it all.... -drools- Well, hope you respond!Someone has asked me before about drawing Tarot Cards ... but there are just so many, i don't think i could ever finish! But the 7 deadly sins ... hmmmm ... funny i haven't thought of that yet ... Someone wants me to do the 4 Horsewomen of the Apocalypse (minus the horses, because i don't really want to draw horses, hehe), too. I do appreciate it all. Natural beauty is something of a rarity these days, so i love to recreate it, to cherish it. As if it was an endangered species among all the fake demons such as paris hiltons and pussy cat dolls.
