I don't know how the beach came to mind, and really i'm kinda against purposeful tanning, but i thought this would be cute. My love's sister brought over Mario Kart Double Dash for the Gamecube, and i saw Princess Peach (who i STILL call Princess Toadstool, due to my upbringing) Princess Daisy and Birdo, and instantly knew i HAD to draw SOMEthing featuring them.

And here it is!!

Will they never escape Bowser's antics?

Princess Toadstool/Peach, Princess Daisy, and Birdo are all characters in the Mario Brothers Universe, created mostly in video game form by Nintendo. The American version of Birdo is a boy who thinks he's a girl and wants to lay eggs ... but the original Japanese intention was that Birdo was always female)

18 Apr 2009	Miranda Breanne Spurgeon	Loading... Omgosh...i hate how some people don’t see what the art is really seen for. I say its about time big girls are being drawn, not just skinny. Are you tryin to say there is something wrong with bigger girls??... Dasiy open your eyes hunny and know not everyone is skinny. I’m thicker, and I love it. And just like this wonderful artist said, big girls are mostly fit. Like me, i can out-run all my friends,and i have more energy. Grow and and realize baby, that big is comin in. Plus big girls do it better cuz, for one there is more to love, and for third there is more to hold on too. And thanks for keeping art real, cuz someone has too.
18 Jul 2009	Daffodil	Loading... After seeing some of the comments on this, all I have to say is, swears and saying you suck isn’t really much of an insult. Honestly, some ppl don’t even understand what some of those swears are. How is THAT going to insult ppl? Obviously, you ppl aren’t ever going to understand true art. And all you ppl who say that he sucks, you suck for saying so. Say what you want, most of us aren’t offended. And just to prove it, the only thing that insults or offends me is society, so all u *****s out there who think society is ALWAYS right, and think everyone else doesn’t know , go crawl into that ditch that you belong in. All u guys are doing is being worthless piles of **. Even if u have a job, and ur successful, it’s not going to impress ANYONE that you pissed off. and if u agree with me, than express what you think. Don’t just sit there and smile and pretend that those comments aren’t there.

I love it and the haters should be an inspiration lol frick em all and if they would study their art history they would know how sickly and frail the "models" are today the chunks are not as appreciated by the public as they should be. All the neg comments probably come from people who stick their fingers in their throats n think that nicole richie is "thick wit it" lol keep doin ya thang i love it!

'LimeGreenSquid' Marton replies: "If i could kiss you, i would. Thanks for actually being intelligent about tanning! Yes, i normally agree, tanning is stupid, why would anyone want Orange skin? It just exaggerates every flaw and wrinkle on your body, especially the face. But to make the joke i wanted in this picture, i sorta had to put them in this position. "
