This is a commissioned sculpture that I did.  I based her on a lionfish which is a really beautiful and venomous tropical fish and she's holding another venomous animal, a blue-ringed octopus. On the base are strands of seaweed with aventunturine beads inset. Also a cuttlefish, minnows, and an orange jellyfish.

Wow that's quite impressive. I remember trying a bust some time ago and it didn't come out so well. The fins are really nice as are the little critters in the details. 2
