Tag As FavoriteComment		The title is, of course, hypothetical, since there was no monarchy in the city Omelas, from Ursula LeGuin's short story, 'The ones who walk away from Omelas.'
I started sketching this for no real reason, and then realized it reminded me a lot of this story... it's principle, at least. Those who read it should understand, those who haven't... I won't spoil a great story for you. Go read it. Now ^_^
Sketched with charcoal pencils and Chinese white pencil, on brown bristol board. My second try ever with this media (the first isn't really worth showing ^^;;)

This defently prooves that you need to try as many medeums as you can! This is very good. And this is very nice. I alos like to see the raw non computer art feal to it, much more organic and free.
