SciFi and Fantasy Art Gothic Angel by Meike de Nooy

The picture that will end up being my art trade with Dirk van Boxtel I, drawing something male.. and maybe even mean or at least not all sweet and sappy ;) and him drawing something female, preferable sweet.. LOL so I have yet to see that accomplished and then I'll change the link from his site to his image!!! *nudges* So this started while I was on the plain to Hawai'i and it happened to be a male, which does not usually happen. sticking to the joy of drawing angels he ended up being one, but I have no story for him.. I suppose like a lot of work he just came out with feeling and the spur of the moment. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

It took me a little while to recognise that face and the hands behind him, this is a clever peice of art! Uh, is he like, floating before the cross? See, it kinda looks an unusual position to float, levitate la-di-da in. Maybe you intended for that effect though? I don't know, it's looking good whatever. So yeah, I like this peice, well done and good job! applaudes you! Meike de Nooy replies: "I didnt; intend much fo this pisture.. I just put my pencil to the paper, somewhere in the middle, and started.. ebverythign just eveolved. So yeah he is floating, I noticed it too, can;t do much about it, shhh don;t tell anyone, they might not notice! Am glad you like the layout and such, and the colour came bacause it neede something, but not to much of that something Okay I'm rambling! thanks for your comment!"

Its amazing, an i'm all into deep meanings an stuff like legends, but i know that u probly never intended for this to have a 'sacred special hidden meaning' but i agree, it holds something very special and captivating, my heart feels drawn to it. The red invokes something from within too, its amazing! I wish i could express my thoughts like that.
