Well, havent seen that level of cross-hatching for bleedin' ages! i used to do a lot more of it myself but drifted into a slightly more simplified/bolder style of drawing; and though me eyesight aint quite what it was, dammit, im just gonna have to see if i can do it again. reckon my rapidographs must be completely blocked by now.. been 12 odd years since i used 'em. the nylon nibs are fine for most stuff but you cant beat that 'rapi' effect can ya? bring on the squints and headaches and no life! great stuff by the way, inspirational! especially as there are definate parralells between some of your and my work... i consider myself kicked up the backside! see, you can do good things without even trying..and after all that 'penning' i guess you dont need to do any more

As it is known from my friends and family, it is extremely hard for me to give praise without criticism. It is weird to have to say that for the first time I have no criticism. (I'm sure I can think of some later so don't get too happy.) It's almost hilarious that I can admire your work and say that it's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. It's unique and interesting. It's almost egregious how exceptional your work is. Still I will leave at least a warning: "You can't let praise or criticism get to you. It's a weakness to get caught up in either one", John Wooden.

Your work is awesome and your skills amazing. The detailed shading you do is really breathtaking, not to speak of your imagination and talent.

Your stuff is amazing--not just in the amount of detail, but also in the imaginative concepts and style. I was just wondering, approximately how big are the originals in order for you to cram so much detail in, and yet still make everything clear and coherent?

You actually taught me what crosshatching was what seems like a thousand years ago. I'm so glad too; now I'm doing tattoos I can't imagine how my hand would have evolved without your gentle influence.
