I love to draw Fantasy and horror pictures!
I mostly draw mystical creatures and my favourites are the little fluffy werwolfes which I can identify myself very much with.
My biggest Inspiration is music. Sometimes I listen to a song and get an idea for a picture, and sometimes I have an idea for a picture and search for a fitting song. X3
What else to say?
I mostly draw at night when I have time for myself and noone will interrupt me. Then (if I'm able to turn the lights off) I can take myself to another world (and I even don't need a white rabbit for it *gg*) where I can let my thoughts wander around... and yes, I like Alice in wonderland < ^_^ >

Ovid’s Metamorphoses are great. Try finding the latest Penguin translation (2004, David Raeburn). Some of the older translations are harder to read (though nothing in the leage of Aeschylus’s Orestia which is a real slog). There are a lot of stories in the Meta. Medusa has a little bit right at the end of Book 6 (really only a couple of lines). Other good stories is the story of Phaetheon (end Book 1- beggining Book 2) and Pyramus and Thisbe (near the beggining of Book 3).
Ovid’s really the first dedicated collection of myths. Sure there’s Hesiod’s Theogeny, but it’s not the same.
I’m doing a course on Greek & Roman mythology at the moment. N. ŽLyjemaŽ Schulte
replies: "Ovids Metamorphoses. I will look which version I find in the library. I doubt that there will be a penguin translation (I live in germany ) but I’ll see what I find.
And the Meta is also a book about the greek mythology? I’d love to read more about medusa. ^^
A course on Greek and Roman mythology? that’s really cool ^^ which topics do you discuss there?

Meta is just short hand for Metamorphoses.
You might be able to find a Penguin version, they’re the leading publisher for Classical material. Something like Ovid should have German translations.
I don’t know what other sources mention Medusa specifically. She is connected with Jason (he kills her).
We focus on only a few of the gods/goddesses. But we also look at how the myths reflect on the culture of the Greeks and Romans and their perceptions of the world. N. ŽLyjemaŽ Schulte
replies: "Yesterday I bought a reclam version of the meta. In germany reclam is a serious publisher for classical literature. (it’s used very much in schools)
It really sounds cool what you study in the courses. exspecially the impact on the cultures seems to be interesting."
