| 17 Dec 2002 | Rijomu | Loading...I love it. But I would like it a bit more without the shoes... Wonderful colours. Johanna Iso-Järvenpää replies: "Oh, look who's actually leaving a comment here! *smirk* And 3/4 of it negative... *tsk* *pays a little back for the last "don't bother make up for the game, you look like a middle aged hag anyway" -remark*" | |

| 19 Mar 2004 | Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf | Loading...Sorry to comment twice... but my husband just told me that there is a fish called an angler that lives in the deep sea, that has a phosphorescent globe attached to an appendage on its head. It uses the light to attract other fish, who are mesmerized by the light... and when they least expect it... CHOMP! They're lunch. ^_^ Johanna Iso-Järvenpää replies: "Yes, I have heard of those fishs and I find them very fashinating. " | |
| 19 Mar 2004 | Erin ´EireWolf´ Metcalf | Loading...The lack of arms creeped me out at first... But I like it! The light idea is very cool. I'm not sure what to think about the ballet shoes... But overall it's a very cool fae! ^_^ | |

| 6 Aug 2004 | Anonymous | Loading...well, this encarnation of the fairy idea is the most likely actually. land vertibrates have 4 apendages, not 6. two arms, two legs. the 3rd set would be wings, if land vertabrates HAD a 3rd set of arms. so this is a good idea. i must admit, its presented oddly, but thats cool, its humerous... Johanna Iso-Järvenpää replies: "Yes, I see the point; yet, thinking of the size of this fairy (2 millimeters), it is hardly a vertebrate. Thus, it should have two legs, two pairs of arms plus one or two pairs of wings. What a mix! *yes, I like taking funny things seriously*" | |
| 22 May 2005 | Elsha | Loading...Heh, how does it tie up it's shoes? I love the idea, most think a fairy is some woman with wings, and don't go into any more depth, however, yours does. I love the detail you've put on it. Keep it up, lovely drawing. (As usual. I'm running out of things to put.) Johanna Iso-Järvenpää replies: "Remember how we talked about finding the oddest pose (and subject, for that matter)? It works!" | |
| 29 Dec 2005 | Karen | Loading...This is the best fairy I've ever seen! It differs from all standard drawings. It looks like a cross between male and female as well as something between human and insect. I'm not quite sure what to think about the shoes ..but ultimately it is a fairy and not a creature of 'real' biology. Johanna Iso-Järvenpää replies: "What you just described was the impression I was aiming at!" | |
