Hamilton | Loading...This work of drawing is illusionary, I can see how you are using The Barbosan teqnique, which is most common in the new-beggining fase. however, you should use an easier teqnique, perhaps the trappesoire teqnique. This teqnique might be better for you in the way you are drawing shadows.

| 12 Apr 2006 | JayDee | Loading...I so like reviewing pencil sketches and yours are really good. I agree the black/white perspective gives mood and depth, certainly for the genre you chose. Do you work in charcoal at all? I think you can really go to town with yourself if you used charcoal or black chalk. I have a nephew who has moved from pencil to coal and chalk and it has made a big difference. Vidar Olufsen replies: " Thanks for the comment.(again I agree with pencils and depht. hehe. Coal...
