SciFi and Fantasy Art The Magician by Claudia Marlene Meisters

This is the second card of the Tarot Deck. The Fool Starts at Zero Because it's the absolute beginning, and the First numbered card is This, The Magician. Upright Meaning: First steps towards the beginning. The Magician is not s spell casting entertainer, but more of a Shaman. The cloak, wand, and sword are it's tools. The Magician signifies your state of preparation towatds you newest goal. Ready for anything. Reversed Meaning: Inability to look forward. When you're so obsessed with the things that lead up to where you are, that you cannot see ahead of you. If there's a problem you couldn't fix before, there's nothing saying you can't try and fix it now. You're letting your powers fo to waste. P.S. This is also a tribute card to my late pet bunny. She died of a terrible infection, and a later cancer diagnosis sealed her fate. She was put down pecefully... I will miss her very much. I put her here because you don't always see a magician without they're classic albino rabbit.

13 Aug 2004	Amanda Hell Bunny Thompson	Loading... This is really nice. I love the detail, it is a great idea for a magician card. I would love to own a tarot deck that looks as beautiful as this. I too had a bunny named Bun Bun. He was a stuffed animal but still very loved. The maid stole him at a hotel in Las Vegas when I was younger. Claudia Marlene Meisters replies: "oh my goodness!Well, I'm very happy you like this one, I'm hoping to be published soemtime next year! I'm flattered you like my work! "
3 Oct 2004	Mystic	Loading... Do you mean Druid by shaman? Claudia Marlene Meisters replies: "indeed that is one way to interpret the card. I liked the idea of a druid's cloak because that gives the magic in the magician a more earthy feeling to him/her. "
