If you are serious about using Photoshop you should consider getting yourself a pen tablet if you don't already have one. Wacoms are pretty amazing tools to have! It helps improve your skills on Photoshop because it allows you to be more productive, especially in making mistakes. Oh yeah, keep drawing and drawing, and draw everything, you'll see the difference in your art a year from now. Christoffer Fredriksson replies: "lol!
