| 2 Sep 2003 | Elizabeth īChargonī Davidson | Loading...Very beautiful and the media suits him well x) Yeah the front fore leg does seem a little short even with a fore shorting attack but I'm the one who dodges around this kinda thing so I'm one to talk Lol Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "*grin* Thanks! I just don't have the heart to try and redo him - you know how that goes -- you remake a piece and it never turns out nearly as good as the original So I think I'll keep him - stubby forleg and everything ;-)" | |
| 3 Sep 2003 | Kaitlin Rose Lyon | Loading...I love this one alot. ^^ he really looks like he's bathed in moonlight, or moonlight itself. But I just LOVE the pose. Its so graceful and slender. This is wonderful. Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "Thankies kindly for the comment! He's my baby!" | |
| 17 Sep 2003 | Amy Williams | Loading...Powerful in the waxing moonlight, he leaps from star to star, listening to whispered wishes. Beautiful work, Stacey. -Amy Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "Amy, thank you so much for the kind and the beautiful sentiment for my star-dazzled stallion. Many thanks!" | |
| 25 Oct 2003 | Krissy Everett | Loading...This is nice! There are a few problems with the anatomy in the neck and front legs, but i can undetstand with the pose that it's drawn in! Nice shading, and i love the description, about finding inspiration in the moon and stars. I've always loved things like that. Kudos! Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "Thanks for the lovely comment and compliment! When your initial insperation comes from a old magazine ad that's total no more than half and inch by half an inch conformational flaws are bound to appear But, he remains my inspiration and my favorite!" | |
| 28 Oct 2003 | Rachel 'Thalion' Lawton | Loading...-jawdrop- O_O Holy cheese sticks.....That's exceptional! You have a handsome muse there ^_^ I've looked at other drawings in your gallery, and you obviously have the horse figure down very well. I love the pose int his piece, and the background is wonderful. My only complaints are that the front left leg (Moondust's left) is too small and the neck looks a little thin. Maybe it's the angle. I like the mane though. You drew movement into it well. Most people draw the manes of their horse-creatures back and flowing beautifully, and it gets old after a while. I like how you drew what would likely happen if a horse were jumping this way. The mane would be flowing forward over the horn. It's just different, and I like things that are different. Wonderful work! Keep it up! Thalion Everstar Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "Thanks so much for the kind words! I think a lot of the problems with him are the angles that are shown and the foreshortening on the foreleg is maybe just a *bit* off, but he is still the number one love of my life! I like to think I can add a little something different to the mix - I'm glad you like him! " | |
| 3 Nov 2003 | Laura K. 'Shingna Thse' Neumann | Loading...I'dd love to see this one colored, and the symbolic is very beautifull. Stacey 'Nari Jauhara' Ooms replies: "Thanks! Maybe someday I'll get the nerve to add some colour to him...just not yet Thanks for the kind words!" | |
