Dude! Thats exactly what I try to do as often as possible, Late night, diner, open critique, brainstorming! awesome, although in recent years my art friend and I have shifted to personal projects so there is less brainstorming and more Q and A sessions to help round out details. Does your friend have an elfwood page? anyhow, keep posting. I'll keep checking back.
