Your poses are great and I love the realistic technique you use. This is what I imagine a real orc looks like, as opposed to the more cartoonish styles I see most often. It is a bit dark, though...scanner problem? Keep up the good work.... ~Celt

Hmm, I can't agree with you on that one, it doesn't look like real orcs would 12. The original Tolkien orcs were rather short and not this muscular. Somehow, modern RPGs changed them and turn them green. (I HATE green orcs for some reason).

If its fantasy, maybe its just how he sees the orc? I personally dont feel fantasy should be set so tightly and structured...hell its fantasy! ^_^ I really like your picture. He's a big scarey monster 12

His hands are a little big stiff and his back looks painfully twisted around.

I like this drowing. Maybe this orc doesn't looks like tolkien's ones, but the traditional orcs from popular tales (at least here in Galicia) are big and muscular, like this one. That's why I love this kind of orcs, they make me recollect the tales I was told when a little kid.
(English is my third language, i'm doing my best 12
