:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "I don’t get tons of comments, indeed. But still, I got the exchange a lot about my work with fellow artist, which to my tastes is all what Elfwood is about. And besides, it allows me to take time to respond to everyone without this becoming a full time activity! As for the background, my trick is simply to stop my lines before they hit the elements that are on the first level. Coupled with a appropriate composition, it help picture to breathe. Thanks for the comment; it’s always really appreciated."

youknow quite a bundle about colour schemes, mate! And the clean lines you use are almost like those of Kozick or Coop or Vince Ray or something, class.
