	Yeah, I know, the title is in French, it stands for «Knight of the Lys». It was inspired to me by actual medieval statues and art, of which I mixed some part to come up with this knight.

Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Glad you like. His helmet is actually based on a real one, except that I added some pattern on the brow and eyes, to give him a more romantic look. I had a look on your gallery and your character wears some real neat medieval and Elizabethan costume as well. I like the way you mix imaginative imagery and historical reference in your work, which is, to my sense, the very essence of fantasy."

Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Glad you noticed the kind of «retro» style I put in my work. I like to evoke a part of the wonderful feeling I was having when reading Prince Valiant, Johan and Pirlouit and all the other comic strip and fairy tales book that forged my vision of fantasy as I was young. Of course, then the Role-playing came, adding to this whole imagery. Your gallery recall a bit of the same feeling, your work really brings us story in mind."
