Here the corrected Feline Mage, thank you to comments from many kind reviewer that looked at the first pics, and particularly Sarah 'Rah' Cloutier which indicated me an error that didn't strike me until I read her comments and saw the scaled down pic. Thumbnails often show errors which are harder to see in full scale... Anyway, the correction is pretty simple, I basically redrawn her chest, as her breasts where a bit skewed. So, here the final, improved version, thanks again to the reviewers! There a lot of great comments on the original pic, so I'll let it here. Now that a good proof Elfwood help improving our skills!

Ahh, yes yes much better. I still don't like that tower ;p *pulls out cannon* Heh I'm only kidding, it's fine. You've impressed me even more since you don't use a ruler for your buildings...or atleast this one. I'm amazed you go the angle of persepctive right on, without distortion. Good job.

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Thanks you for «following» your comment on the feline mage! As for the ruler thing, it’s all about laziness, and that I’m not really good doing «by the rules» perspectives. I mostly inspire me with photos for complex set up, and cheat the results, looking more at what it look than if its correct on the perspective side. It sometime tricks me, but I get to control it. Its important to develop his own style!"

I liked both of them! Kitty people ROCK!

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Kitty people sure rock! Glad you like! Wow, I just had a glimpse at your gallery, now that’s a massive update! I sure look forward to see that!"

Hey, great job! Her chest does look better now, and the broad chest and narrow hips emphasize her cheetah-nature nicely. Beautiful costume and background, as I said before, and I'm glad I was able to help. ^_^ Thanks for commenting on my gallery, as well.

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Glad you like the corrected version and her feline characterization. It was my pleasure to view your gallery; you have some really neat stuff in there. I really like how you blend realism and imaginary images together."

I really like this picture, especially the background. Its so realistic, your a really great artist and I think you did a great job making this picture even better (and it was already amazing). Keep doing your thing : )

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Thanks you very much. Elfwood is indeed a nice place to improve ourselves thanks to the commentary left by visitors and fellow artist. Glad you like the background too."

I like this picture! The whole look on her face is very intriguing. She looks like she is about to kill something...haha. It reminds me of some sort of egyptian setup, but the buildings in the background tell a different story. ^.^

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Glad you like, I'm happy you noticed the contrast between the African and European influence. As for her killer look, well, her feline attribute sure helps, but I must confess I started my drawing using photo reference for the pose, and it was the last (to date) Lara Croft model! Of course, it don't really show on here, but it helped defining and start up the whole drawing. So maybe a bit of this killer look come from there!"

Looks great, like the work on the character. Background looks good too.

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Glad you like, as said, the character had a bunch of influence blended in to it, from Africa to Europe, with some feline attribute a a pose took from a Lara Croft picture (which I bended to my needs)! As for the background, it's inspired by a postcard form Québec's city walled citadel, on which I added several towers.</a></i>"

Wow, cool spots on her shoulders! You did a great job capturing her felinity with the pose. You're amazing!

:-) Charles-Emmanuel Ouellette replies: "Thanks for the comment, it’s really appreciated. Doing furry characters, or anthropomorphic if you prefer, came late in my experiences, but I must say it’s pretty interesting to go and give some animals features on a human shaped character. It gives much personality and ideas to later come back with standard human characters."

Very nice! I love anthros. Your outline work is very impressive. What kind of pen do you use?
