Christy is a senior art student at northwestern state university....loves fantasy and equine art.

my name is christy osborne. i am a senior art student at northwestern state university in natchitoches, louisiana. i have always loved art (all art). my goals are to be an illustrator and one day to open my own gallery for fantasy and sci-fi artists (no anime). i will sell any piece of my work. i feel i should start working on my faults...(human figures, backgrounds, textures, details, and use of digital media). i hope to improve on these problem areas...i hope i don't let y'all down (or myself). i'm sorry i don't get to answer all of your comments and/or questions ... all may e-mail me as often as you like. Well, i had my senior art exhibit reception last night...it was great...lots of visitors and complements....drums and bellydancing - even pipers!! and kilted guardsmen and pirates!!! (we're so weird) i dressed up in a romantic/gothic suit (kinda like professor snape's but much more feminine) i'll post pics (if the moderators accept them) whenever i get copies of the pics.... i'll be making a whole series of wire/polymer clay sculptures (big hit at the reception) and send many cd's of it to many different galleries in hopes of having a bigger more formal exhibit.... thanx for all the positive comments you have been leaving me about my artwork... -christy osborne-

22 Sep 2006	Marika Viklund	Loading... You've got a very nice gallery! I especially liked your dragons! They're very nice! You could do some backgrounds though... It's hard in the beginning but after a while, making backgrounds is just as fun as the central figure! And it makes the pictures feel a lot more "finished"! Anyway, you make great pictures and (again) very good dragons! Really liked that striped animal too! Keep it up!
