Belial - protagonist from computer game Painkiller:Overdose.

Belial is the result of affair between an angel and a demoness. Half-angel half-demon with a very bad attitude. Neither Heaven nor Hell wants him, though both sides agree that such a creature should be locked in a prison for an undertermined amount of time.    

The head he's holding is the head of the demon that was guarding him. This head can be also used as a weapon in game.

This is very good. I stared at it for a few minutes before i realized that he have some similar features to the messenger from the underworld in "El Laberinto Del Fauno". They share some sort of strange look that make them look both friendly, yet capable of evil.
