SciFi and Fantasy Art Cloud Walker by Paul Bielaczyc

What happens among the clouds at night? What happens in our dreams as we sleep? For me, take these two questions and the single answer you’ll find is this painting, a dream-like fantasy. Cloud Walker was the first time that I fully explored my fascination with the moon and its intricate details. It also shows what happens when one watches Miyazaki’s Princess Mononoke on a regular basis for a complete month.

9 Jun 2006	Menilae	Loading... I love the whole mood of this picture, and I'd just like to add that out of all Hayao Miyazaki's movies, "Princess Mononoke" is the best in plot, characters, mood, emotion, etc. Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away are way too juvenile!!

20 Mar 2007	Marika Viklund	Loading... Very beautiful! I love this one! The clouds are awesome, looks very real and the wolves are just cute jumping around on them! The moon's probably the best moon I've seen painted... it's not entierly round though and I think it could have been lighter. The reflected light on the clouds are brighter then the moon itself (which is slightly illogic) but other then that it's really great!!
