(because I'm a freak for color) Pieces like Wormäro'ck, Departure to the Quest, and Sire Richard Dragonheart would be amazing with color. They are great works, but it seems they're missing that element. Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "I'd like to color all, but it need time. And the problem is that I'm color-blind, so I'm obliged to use primary colors...But thanks for your compliments." | |
| 7 Jun 2004 | Oliver Jöhnk | That's some very good artwork. I like your creations, especially the gates with all these details and the light effect and this grey magician. Great work! Keep it up! Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "Thanks !About "the gates", I find that lights effects are better when the picture is smaller. But my dead pen thanks you for your comment." | |
| 20 Aug 2004 | Bill Ross | Great Artwork! I am officially a big fan! I love your composition and the way you bring your pics together! I went through the whole gallery, and if I had the time, would have left great comments on each one. You have an awesome style, keep it up! I can’t wait to see more! | |
| 27 Aug 2004 | Fifine <thatoom@hot...com> | Kikou mon Rusé !!
Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "Dans les Deux-Sèvres 79, à l'ouest quoi...There is the beautifull Poitevin swamp ! (but I'm not sur that in english it sound as pretty as is french...)" | |
| 18 Oct 2005 | Rachael M. Blankenbecklor AKA 'Jade Vala' | very skilled and talented! Amazing gallery! I wish a few of the line works were colored though... Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "Yeah you're right. But to color drawings is very long, and as I explained, I'm color-blind so it is harder for me to find the good colors and to not mistake between my green or yellow pen.But thanks for comment !!" | |
| 11 Dec 2005 | Simon marie rman bu | Putain rusé c'est quoi cette photo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On dirait une chanteuse de métal dépressive... Il est hors de question que je parle anglais vu que c'est chaud mais je peux mettre la traduction voila: Whore crafty one it is what this photograph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One would say a depressive metal singer... Traduction de merde, il est vrai. Bon on va voir tes dessins. Il faut juste que je scanne les dessins...bah in fact, it is an old photo, juste before I cut my hair. I'm nostalgic. And as it is not terrible, groupies won't send me their strings Else, nothing new, but I will soon open a new gallery in the fan art section, I will prevent you as soon as it will be done. I just have to scan the drawings.(you see, I translated as well as you have done. No shame.)" | |
| 11 Dec 2005 | Chloe Lytle | That sucks that your color blind but personally I can take or leave color, I have a softness for black and white. Probably because I only DO black and white . Good job, keep up the nice work! It would be interesting for you to color a picture the way you see them and then post it to see what others see. Im sure it wouldnt be too odd. Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "In fact, I ever drawn with the colours I found pretty. It was a beautifull island on a paradisiac sea...But my friends said that orange trees and violet water was a little... chocking. But well, perhaps they didn't know anything about art " | |
| 22 Jan 2006 | Stephen D. House | Hello Pierre! Someone pointed me to your gallery, since I am also colorblind. I'm glad they did! I think the composition of your pictures is very good (something I certainly need to work on ¬_¬). Thank goodness pencils have labels on them, right? Good job on your whole gallery! =) | |
| 21 Mar 2006 | New Yorker | Hey Dracula, cut your hair. Pierre BOURUMEAU replies: "No ! That is the origine of my mighty power of the dragon's flame of the deadly slayer sword of the terrible muscles of the life !!!!!!!!" | |
