Pain lanced his brow as the horn broke free. He reared up casting light from the newly sprouted horn. A scream echoed from his equine lips as huge wet wings burst from his side. He lay there in the darkness...'Abulas...Rise' a voice echoed from the shadows all around him. He stood his head proud and challenging despite the burning pain all along his back and flanks echoing in his forehead. He glared around with a snort. 'Your Destiny Comes' shook the huge voice. He snorted in anger and pain.

Suddenly he saw her.

A beautiful girl racing through the forest below his outlook crag. He stared as the scent of her reached his nostrils. The scent of the destiny. He understood. Like instinct he spread his wet wings and leapt from the crag to the girl whose smell he thought he knew.

Beautiful! The wings are nicely executed, and there is a mystical sort of quality to the whole picture. There is a feeling of excitement in it. One suggestion: the tail doesn't really look like it is made of hair. It appears to be more like a ribbon-y surface. Other than that, very nice. Keep up the good work.

I don't know which is more amazing, the picture, or the fact it only took you an hour and a half! Great work. There is such detail in the musclature of the horse and in the wings. Stunning.
