SciFi and Fantasy Art Waterfall Lake by Luis Filipe dos Reis Peres

This was another try in using the technic i talked about in the 'once upon...' pic. Only this time i wanted to make a real fantastic night sky. Wich i did. This is my best starry sky EVER ! Unfortunely you´re not looking at much of it, because the scan turned my full filled starry sky into a big dark area. This is really anoying. You´re just going to have to believe me, this is really my best sky up until now. I took a photocopy form this pic and it turned out fantastic. I only wished i could make a poster of it. The stars this time were made with a tooth brush. Yes, you´ve read it well. :-) What a great way of making realistic stars this is ! Anyway, this picture depicts a waterfall lake wich is located exactly in the middle of an ocean like a hole in it. I have another picture of this place but it´s not finished yet. The tower in the island is a beacon to guide the saillors in those boat creatures into the monastery wich is floating in the distance. I guess....

And yes, the night sky does look very good. Did you use markers? It looks like markers/felt tip pens or computer colored... Very nice though.

If you really want a poster of it, you can get a really good scan of it, take it to your local photo shop or printer, and ask them to make one, or try www.zazzle.com in the USA. Keep up the good work.
