Skip Norma Peters replies: "Thank you so much. I’m delighted that you like the gallery."
| 14 Jul 2008 | John | Loading...the symbol under the frame is actually the ancient symbol of the aes sedai, well more the the flame of tar valon and the dragons fang, often used to demote dark friends, not the flame of tar valon, the flame of tar valon is taken from the white part of the ancient symbol of the aes sedai, and your face doesnt look ageless Norma Peters replies: "For whatever reason, I think that somebody had his cranky pants on when he wrote this comment. John, you’re nitpicking regarding the symbol. The left part is most definitely the Flame of Tar Valon. As well, of course I do not look ageless, because the entire concept of agelessness does not exist. It’s a fictional contrivance of Robert Jordan’s, and it it impossible to draw a face which absolutely looks ageless. Everyone’s face reflects an age. Sometimes one looks older than one’s years, sometimes younger. But the human eye, upon seeing a face, quickly deliberates and subconsciously registers an age-range." | |
| 1 Aug 2008 | Melissa "Bee" Stephan | Loading...Beautiful! It looks so much ike you, even from your gallery I could tell it was a self portrait. Great work, I love the background details and the hair is really good. Norma Peters replies: "Thank you so much. I’m delighted that you like the picture. " | |

We may very well be related. My father’s family came from Connecticut and Massachusetts, but we’re spread over many parts of the US and Canada."

| 19 Aug 2009 | Abe Roll | Loading...I have to say, considering the fact that an Aes Sedai’s ageless face is a fictional characteristic, I believe you got quite close! The Green Ajah is much cooler though... | |
| 19 Aug 2009 | Jessy Catt | Loading...I can’t seem to find my original comment here, Norma! I thought that maybe I put it on your epilogue gallery but It’s not there. Anyway, I still love this picture. It still in my mind captures the ’ageless’ look. It’s very lovely, you paint yourself well. It’s powerful..even after all this time I come back to it, and this picture is still amazing. And sorry I’ve not been around in a while, been planning some things. Well, Hope to hear back from you, Norma. And please, please, please..keep sharing your gift of art. | |
