SciFi and Fantasy Art Crumb by Jennifer Petitte

This was my first corel painted peice in a looong time... i had been using photoshop. But corel painter is waay better for painting... This cutie is Crumb. He's a little furry dragon, kind of like a mouse, who carries away leftovers from human meals. He's a little reminiscent of a goat, but i think he adorable. I was gonna put a cande in it, but i was lazy and didnt want to do the extra shading... ^^;

29 Jan 2003	Gillian Sein Ying Ha	Loading... Aww my goodness, he IS adorable!!!!!!! Putting him next to an everyday object such as that fork is such a brilliant idea to show scale. hugs then pulls fork from ribcage Oops. I think I mishuggled... ^^*

But since it the best colouring/drawing work I've seen in quite a while, I wish to ask you a question regarding that: How did you learn to colour like that? I still feel like I'm back in kindergarten when I try to colour my work in Adobe! And how much time does it take you? Thanks in advance!!!
