I've always liked phoenixes, and last night i attempted to draw one. it didn't turn out that bad, so i colored it, which is a first if you've seen my other art. i usually draw something where, if you color it, it'll look funny, but this one was just a little bit different, and actually looks good colored.

i love ur fire 14 but the phoenixes wings dont look right. try studying a picture of bird with its wings outstretched, thats what helped me 2

:-) Rebekah Lynn Plowman replies: "thanks for the advise, but i dont think it’ll help ME much. im not the kind of person who can sit and study a picture for long. and wat usually helps me, is if i draw a pic with wings on lined paper. it helps me line it up better."

wow I really love the coloring with the pheniox feathers. that is such pure genius coloring right there. Im very impressed. thats really good use with the colors.

:-) Rebekah Lynn Plowman replies: "just the impression i wanted people to get. the wing colors were my idea from an earlier pic i drew of an indian with an eagle’s head in the background. i put feathers in his hair. but i didn’t color that pic. i just drew the feathers and colored the tips with my pencil."

OMG Bekah !!!! I love the wings the coloring is like perfect !!!! Just the way that the flames end at the bottom is done wonderfully....

love the idea of all the red around your firey pheniox! the fethers on its wings and tail are awsome! never seen one like that (good thing!!) cool picture!
