| 25 Mar 2006 | Jennifer Crowley | Loading...Even demons need pets to brighten up their day... and the little bird does do that. I have to say, your art and style are strangely compelling in a rather morbid sort of way, but at the same time, something makes me look at them again and again. I suppose you could say that they are haunting. I can't really critize your style, I'm not an artist of paint or drawing.
I would love for you to stop by sometime.

| 11 Feb 2008 | Anon. | Loading...... no one but me noticed that the "Lynx" is somewhat of a ghost. ... notice how it fades into the background. It’s either that or it’s uhh... don’t know what it’s called, but it can fade into objects (not through them). A third explanation is that it’s the artists style. I’d like to get a reply from the artist on this one. | |
| 8 Mar 2008 | Cero | Loading...Is the "Lynx" meant to be grinning? From what I can tell the "grin" comes from the simple fact that its upper and lower teeth dont or cant come together. When I block that out by holding my hand over it, the "Lynx" has a much softer expression.
It’s beyond me how people can do this sort of thing with watercolors, neat!
