hi, draw onlined paper as long as you feel comfortable doing it. That is how I started and became an award-winning animal artist and today am busy publishing my poetry and art book. Am also a Native american artisan now.
I have used many, many different types of paper and if you would like some hints, contact me. one example of how to use color and paper, was in pencil drawing I did of a raccoon on grey stock paper. no background, not even shading of it's shadow. It was the only pencil/charcoal drawing out of 2000 in an art show that took a ribbon and even then, the judge4s took it out mof the frame and had it tested cause they swore it was a photo! Use the right medium and you can do wonders with a drawing

I agree with the person who commented before me. If you want to use lined paper, then do so. I find that it can sometimes detract from the actual picture and i also love the way my own scribbles can transform a blank piece of paper! I love your gallery, you have a great skill with poses and shading. Why not try to extend your gallery with different poses, or maybe give your drawings characters.

Hmm...You have an interesting style...I think if you keep on drawing this could develop into something really good...And please stop drawing on lined paper...Your art is to good for that
