This creature is known as Pestiferis. Native to the Eastern Rainforest regions of your imagination, this creature takes on traits and abilities from other creatures and spreads them like a common cold. Like transferring you the ability to change your skin colour after it has come into contact with a Zible http://pittyputty.deviantart.com/gallery/26658058#/d3facjy , or feeling the need to feed off of other creatures happy thoughts after coming into contact with a Tadpan http://pittyputty.deviantart.com/gallery/26658058#/d2rz791 . In order to reverse the affects of this contagion (that is, if you don't like the ability or trait that your stuck with) you need to find and eat the yellow fruit of a Curam tree.

well i thought that the neck seems to come a little out of nowhere

The eye looks freaky. Like more of a hole than anything else. Very creative.
