	This was my 3rd attempt at oils, done on 18' x 24' canvas. It combines two of my obsessions-Pixies, and Komodo Gragons. Do they look like tey're having fun?

You seem to be quite adept with oils and using your stylization. Very cool. Heather ´Pixy´ Lynn replies: "Hey, thankies! I haven't done that much with oils yet, but plan on doing more. 3 Sep 2005	Katrina Sesum	Loading... I love Komodo Dragons This is a lovely picture... I think you have done well with oils so far. I have just started using them, too. Heather ´Pixy´ Lynn replies: "Thank you-they fascinate me! Believe it or not, even though this is a komodo, the face is modeled after a ferret I had who passed away. You can kind of see it in the eyes..."
21 Oct 2005	Monica C. McClain	Loading... Wow, I love the idea! The dragon is very original; it's not like every other dragon you see. He's pretty cute even with that long scary tongue . Heather ´Pixy´ Lynn replies: "I'm glad you like the concept. It's much different from the work I usually do, and that is one of the reasons why I like it! While it's important to develop a personal style, I think it is equally as important to challenege yourself. I appreciate your comment!"
