Hi there, and thank you for checking out my elfwood gallery. I am in the process of working on some much more detailed images, but these things take time, patience, tylenol, caffeine, and... a lot more patience. I suffer from depression and my art tends to be an outlet for this. I enjoy my 2d and 3d art as a hobby, but probably wouldn't be able to do it as a career (as that would mean giving up that creative license I have and love so dearly). It is pretty hard with a gallery mostly full of poser work. Not too many feel you deserve any credit, but those people tend to be one of two types. They either assume that everything you have in your image is premade and just slapped on like a 3d paper doll, or they have never even tried using the programs themselves. I thank everyone for their comments and constructive criticism, it truly means a lot to me. Please have a look and post a comment or two if you have something to say. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

More can be said about the quality of the artist by their criticisms and ability to take them than any work they produce. You conduct yourself with class and I find your work to be reflective of that, tasteful and artistic. The use of a program to create art, and yes it is art, is no different from putting pencil, paint or ink to paper. It is rather unwise to discredit a fellow artist for having the sense to use all available resources to bring the vision they have to life. And remember for one to be a true critic of something they need to be fully versed in all aspects of the subject at hand, so keep creating those beautiful pictures in your mind and I shall enjoy seeing them. 30 Sep 2005 Wynde Loading...
